摘要
介绍了电子束焊接的工作原理及电子束焊机控制系统的技术要求.利用计算机控制技术和PLC技术,实现了参数控制和主机系统的控制。根据电子枪的结构和性能,对电子枪中的阴极、灯丝和电子枪主要特性参数进行了研究和设计。
The working principle of EB welding and the technical requirement of EB welding machine＇s control system are introduced. By using computer control technology and PLC technology, the control of parameter and mainframe system are realized,According to the structure and the performance of electron gun,study and design are made on its cathod,filament and its major characteristic parameter.
