摘要
采用Moldflow软件对蓄电池盖的注塑成型过程进行了仿真模拟,在此基础上对模具的浇注系统和冷却系统进行了优化设计。然后,运用正交设计的方法分析了注塑工艺参数对蓄电池盖的注塑成型的影响,提出了更适合于阻燃材料的注塑工艺条件。
By using Moldflow software,simulation of battery cover injection molding process were conducted,on the basis of which,optimizing the runner system and cooling system of the mould. Then,analyzing the influence of injection process parameters on plastic injection molding by using the method of orthogonal design, and proposing the injection molding processing condition more suitable for flame retardant ABS plastics.
