摘要
针对双头单螺杆泵在工作过程中,还没有能够直接对井下工况衬套橡胶的温度场分布等进行有效的测试,定子衬套又容易实效、衬套型线对螺杆泵工作性能影响很大的现状,对双头单螺杆泵衬套进行计算机仿真模拟研究则是一个尝试。鉴于双头单螺杆泵衬套的特殊形状将三维模型合理简化为平面应变模型进行模拟研究。运用有限元方法对三种线型的双头单螺杆泵衬套进行力热耦合模拟研究。给出了在额定工况下,螺杆泵衬套温度场分布云图。揭示了螺杆泵衬套的温度分布规律,弥补了螺杆泵衬套温度场难以测量的问题。为双头单螺杆泵衬套的热分析、型线选择、性能优化等提供参考依据。
Recently,the effective method for testing the deformation and forced state of the bush's rubber which used in underground working condition has not been found,the bush of stator is susceptible to damage in the working process ,so using the computer simulation research on the double -helix single screw pump bush is a try. In view of the fact that the special shape characteristic of the double-helix screw pump bush,using the plane strain model to replace the three-dimensional model .Its purpose is to forcethermal coupling analysis numerical simulation easily by using of common finite element method, h can get the temperature fields contours of the bush of screw pump under the rated condition. The temperature distribution regularity of the bush of screw pump are revealed,it can make up the question of the temperature fields is difficult to measure.h could be applied to choose profile ,optimize the design of the double-helix screw pump based on these analysis ,which also can enhance the working efficiency.
