摘要
本文以小牛胸腺DNA和酵母tRNA为载体,对核酸与硼笼化物的几种偶联方法进行了研究。结果表明:活化后的核酸通过交联剂MBS和DCCI分别能与Na_2B_(12)H_(11)SH和(Et_4N)_2B_(10)H_9R相偶联。找到了反应条件温和,偶联程度较高的合成方法。
In this paper, the mothods for coupling of close-polyhedral boranes with calf thymus DNA and yeast tRNA have been investigated. The functionalizod closopolyhedral boranes Na_2B_(12)H_(11)SH, (Et_4N)_2B_(10)H_9R were synthesized and were subjected to couple with an activated nucleic acid either directly or with a crosslinking agent MBS. The experimental result shows that wish MBS is a more satisfactory method for preparing boronated nucleic acid.
