For the developments of PCB and the need of laser millipore work,this paper re searches and analyses the advantage of the air me mbrane guide-way and linear drive in laser proce sses machine. And adapt to the PCB machining speed and accuracy,thus help the developments of multilayer PCB rapidly and efficiently.
