摘要一、战略环境评价(SEA)作为一种重要的环境管理工具和实施可持续发展战略的手段,已经被融入到各种战略决策中。基于国外近几年交通运输 SEA 的文献,阐述了国外开展交通运输 SEA 的现状。分析了国外开展交通运输 SEA 的理论研究和实践经验。结合我国国情,提出了我国进一步开展交通运输 SEA 研究和实践的建议。 Abstract As an important tool of environmental management for implementation of the sustainable development strategy, Strategic Environmental Assessment （SEA） has been integrated into the decision-making of various strategies. Referred to relevant documentations, actualities of conducting SEA for transport abroad were reviewed. In the light of experiences in implementing SEA for transport abroad and the domestic situation, some advice on further study and practice of conducting SEA for transport in China has been given.
