摘要
通过对上海市危险废物持证经营企业的现状分析。阐述了经营企业存在的众多问题。依据可持续发展和循环经济的理论，提出相应的有利于防治危险废物污染环境和加快危险废物综合利用的建议和对策。论述了促进危险废物处理产业向集中化、规模化和高新技术方向发展的可行性。
Abstract Through analysing the present situation of licensed hazardous waste handling enterprises in Shanghai, several problems have been found. Based on the philosophies ot sustainable development and circular economy, relevant proposals and countermeasures that could be helpful to preventing hazardous waste pollution and advancing the comprehensive utilization of hazardous wastes were put forward. The practicability for promoting the hazardous waste handling industry to develop in a centralizing way, in large-scale, and by using high technologies was discussed.
