摘要
采用硫酸亚铁曝气沉降初级化学处理和ClO2二级深度氧化处理相结合的模式,处理医院排放的高浓度含氰废水。试验表明,初级化学处理中,FeS04·7H20的加入量为1.2g/L,搅拌强度为80r/min,搅拌时间为30~40min,曝气时间为20min:二级化学处理中,ClO2加入量为0045g/L,pH值为10~11.氧化时间为15min,采用滤后投加ClO2,出水CN^-含量小于0.5mg/L,CN去除率97%以上,达到国家一级排放标准GB8978-1996。
A combining process consisting of primary chemical treatment of iron vitriol-aeration settlement and secondary deep oxidation of chlorine dioxide was adopted in the treatment of wastewater with high strength of cyanogens from hospital. The results showed when FeSO4 dosage was 1.2 g/L, stirring at 80 rpm for 30 - 40 minutes, aeration duration was 20 minutes in the primary chemical treatment, and when ClO2 dosage was 0.045 g/L at pH value of 10 - 11, oxidation duration was 15 minutes with ClO2 input after filtering in the secondary chemical treatment, the cyanide content dropped to below 0.5 mg/L in the effluent with its removal of as high as 97%. It has achieved the Class 1 requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-98).
