摘要
"实然"的农村治理主体多元化状况存在着诸多制约,且随着其发展,这些制约力量逐渐呈现于农村场域,进而构成农村治理所面临的种种困境。因此,要在法律和制度框架下寻求弥补缺陷的方法和路径,以期通过制度设计和政策实施的完善来促成理性秩序的达成,要对制度之外的农村治理主体多元化的实践理路进行积极的探寻。
The actual status of administration system in rural areas shows quite a lot of defects that restrain the development of rural areas. Therefore, great efforts should be made to improve relevant law and system to maintain a reasonable order in the administration as well as to study the possibility of mtflti-participants from outside the system.
