摘要 以磷酸二氢铵和尿素为原料,用微波反应器和马弗炉分别研究聚磷酸铵(APP)的聚合工艺条件。分别实验了不同反应器的反应温度、反应时间和原料配比等因素对聚磷酸铵中的五氧化二磷含量、氮含量、聚合度的影响。在产品质量相同的情况下,采用微波反应器聚合聚磷酸铵所需要的条件更加温和,并且能够强化聚磷酸铵的聚合。采用微波反应器聚合聚磷酸铵的最优条件:反应温度为200℃,聚合时间为40 m in,磷酸二氢铵与尿素的物质的量比为1∶1.1。得到的产品中五氧化二磷质量分数为69.05%,氮质量分数为14.13%,聚合度为38。 The polymerization conditions of ammonium polyphosphate ( APP ) were studied by microwave reactor and muffle furnace respectively with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and urea as raw materials. During the synthetic process, the influences of different polymerization temperature,polymerization time, and mixing ratios of ammonium dihydrogen phos- phate to urea on the content of P205 ,content of N,and the polymerization degree of APP were investigated. In the same requirement of product quality, the polymerization conditions in microwave reactor were more moderate and the microwave could also improve the polymerization of APP. The optimal process conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 200 ℃, reaction time was 40 min, and amount - of - substance ratio of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate to urea was 1: 1.1. Under the above conditions, the mass fraction of P2O5 and N were 69.05 % and 14.13 % in the products, and the polymerization degree reached 38.
