卤水中有机物对硫酸钡等产品质量的影响探讨 被引量:8

摘要 南风集团卤水综合利用工程以运城盐湖的高镁卤水为原料,采用独创工艺生产硫酸钡、氢氧化镁和一水氯化钡等系列产品。工程运行几年来为集团公司创造了可观的经济效益,但各种产品的质量与行业同类产品相比还有很大的差距。对原料卤水和产品组成进行了全面的分析,证明了卤水中高含量的有机物是造成产品质量不高的主要原因。采用热氢氧化钠溶液洗涤硫酸钡,有效地去除了硫酸钡产品中的有机物。产品硫酸钡质量分数为97.6%,白度为92%,灼烧质量损失为1.6%,硫酸钡质量达到国标一级品的要求。提出了只有从源头上彻底净化卤水,去除卤水中的有机物才是提高综合利用工程系列产品质量的最根本办法。 In the bittern comprehensive utilization project of Nafine Group, series products, such as BaSO4, Mg( OH ) 2, and BaCl2 · H2O have been produced by the special process with high - Mg bittern in Yuncheng salt lake as raw material. Over the past few years,the project created significant economic benefits for the Group, but there was still a big divergence in product quality comparing with similar products in the industry. The overall analysis of bittern and product composition showed that the high content of organics in the bittern was the main factor that influenced the quality of the product. The hot NaOH solution was adopted to wash BaSO4 product and the organics can be removed effectively from BaSO4 product. The quality of BaSO4 met the grade A of national standard in China with mass fraction of 97.6%, whiteness of 92%, and ignition mass loss rate of l. 6%. Finally ,it was proposed that it is only to remove the organics thoroughly from bittern is the fundamental way to improve the quality of series products.
