摘要
在现有的己内酰胺生产工艺中,得到的副产品硫酸铵存在着晶体粒度不均匀、色度不好、外观质量欠佳等问题。针对硫酸铵产品所存在的这些问题,对己内酰胺生产过程中,氨水中和得到的硫酸铵溶液的蒸发结晶工艺过程,进行系统的研究和优化。实验考察各操作参数(投加晶种、搅拌速率、蒸发温度、pH等)对结晶过程、最终产品粒度分布和晶形质量的影响,确定了最优的结晶工艺操作参数。按照优化后的工艺条件得到的硫酸铵晶体产品在粒度、色度和纯度上都有很大的改善,对工业生产具有一定的指导意义。
In the existing production of caprolactam, there are some qualitative problems about by - product ammonium sulfate, such as uneven crystal size, bad color and morphology. In order to get better products, the evaporation crystallization process of ammonium sulfate solution obtained by caprolactam synthesis neutralized liquid was studied and optimized systematically . The effects of parameters, such as seeds added, agitation speed, evaporation temperature, and pH of solution, on the crystallization process ,product size distribution, and crystal quality were investigated. And the optimal operation conditions of crystallization were determined. The products were improved in terms of crystal size, color, and purity under the optimized operation conditions, which will, give valuable guidance to the industrial process.
