摘要
总结无机非金属纤维的性能、无机非金属纤维制品的结构及其对复合材料的影响。对无机非金属纤维制品进行了分类,且将无机非金属纤维纺织制品分为三维机织物、三维编织物,对典型结构纺织制品进行了结构、工艺和成形方面的分析。认为在对无机非金属纤维纱线进行织造时要充分考虑纤维刚度大、弹性差、断裂伸长小和脆断裂的特点,需对某些机构进行改进并适当调整织造工艺,在设计无机非金属纤维制品的结构时要充分考虑三维织物中纱线弯曲对织物最终性能的影响,在复合材料成形时,三维编织结构是一种不稳定结构,2.5D结构是一种稳定结构。提出了对无机非金属纤维经纱进行上浆的必要性。
Property, structure and effect on composite material of inorganic nonmetallic fibre product were summarized. Inorganic nonmetallic fibre product were classified into 3D woren fabric and 3D braided fabric. Structure processing and shape of textile product with typical structure were analysed. It is considred that the fibre should be taken carefully for its rigidity, elasticity, breaking elongation when weaving inorganic nonmetallic yarn. Some mechanism were modified and weaving processing were adjusted rational. Effect of yarn bend on 3D fabric final property should be considered fully when designing inorganic nonmetallic product structure. 3D braided structure is not stable while 2.5D structure is stable relatively when shaping the composite material. The necessity of sizing inorganic nonmetallic warp was put forward.
