摘要
分析紧密纺柔性和刚性凝聚元件的气动凝聚结构特征以及气动垂直凝聚形式存在的凝聚效能低、投资和运行成本高等弊端。根据优化凝聚结构、提高凝聚效能的设计构思,提出了一种适用性和经济性优良的气动侧向凝聚创新结构,指出该结构具有科学合理,无磨损、不易堵塞,运行维护成本低、品质变异小等特点。
Pneumatic condensation structures property of soft and rigid condensation devices as well as lower condensation efficiency, higher investment and operational cost et al in pneumatic vertical condensation form were all analysed in compact spinning. After optimizing condensation structure, improving design idea of condensation efficiency innovated pneumatic lateral condensation structure which is suitable and economical was proposed. It is pointed out that the structure possesses the properties including scientific and rational, no wear, seldom blockage, lower maintaining cost and smaller quality variation.
