分析GA308型浆纱机的机构特点及浆纱效果。通过在GA308型浆纱机上生产T/C 13.1 tex、C14.6 tex等多个品种,对GA308型浆纱机的机构运行情况及生产质量进行了研究与分析,浆纱质量及织造效果等指标表明,GA308型浆纱机采用七单元传动,结构简单,实现了电气、温度自动控制,精度高,可靠性高。指出,为了完善七单元浆纱机的性能,还要在经轴退绕装置、经轴架、浆槽循环管路、湿分绞装置等方面进行改进。

Mechanism characteristic and sizing effect of GA308 sizing machine were analysed. Through producing T/C 13.1 tex, C 14.6 tex et al yarns, mechanism operational situation and product quality of GA308 sizing machine were studied and analysed. Sizing quality and weaving effect et al indexes indicate that CA308 sizing machine adopt seven u- nits transmission, the structure is simple, electric and temperature automation were achieved, the precision and reliability are higher. It is pointed out that to perfect the seven units sizing machine performance some aspects should be improved including beam unwinding device, warp beam creel, size box circulation pipeline, wet splitting device et al.
