当前国家宏观调控政策的影响及其评价——基于对广东省深圳市、佛山市工业企业的调研分析

Impact and Evaluation of the Current National Macro-control Policies and Analysis Based on the Industrial Enterprises in Shenzhen and Foshan of Guangdong Province

近期以来,围绕转变经济发展方式,国家在劳动工资、信贷、财税、汇率、出口退税、节能减排等方面出台了若干加强和改善宏观调控的政策措施。这些政策措施在对工业经济产生积极影响的同时,也带来了一系列值得重视的具体问题。本文基于对广东省深圳市、佛山市的调研,就国家宏观调控政策对地方工业企业的深刻影响进行了全面分析。一并提出,在评价国家宏观调控政策的影响时,要注意"四多四少"问题。

In the recent years, focused on transformation in the way of economic development, China has introduced a number of policies and measures to strengthen and improve macro-control in labor wages, credit, tax, exchange rate, export tax rebates, energy-saving reduction and other areas. These policies and measures have a positive impact on the industrial economy, and at the same time have brought a series of specific issues worthy of attention. Based on research of the Shenzhen city and Foshan city in Guangdong province, this paper carries through a comprehensive analysis on the profound effect that national macro-control policy has on local industrial enterprises. Besides, special attention should be paid to the ＂four much and four litde＂ issues when judging the impact of macro-control policies.
