在管理专业基础理论课程的教学过程中,由于学生感性经验的缺乏,给授课带来一些难以避免的问题,例如,学生对管理学理论兴趣不足,理解不全面、不渗透等等。笔者尝试从个人体验角度对管理学教学的具体方式进行了一些探讨。
