湿法气化技术工艺喷嘴冷却结构优化设计

摘要 对现有工业运行的湿法气化工艺喷嘴冷却结构进行优化设计,将盘管冷却结构改为夹套冷却结构。分别从结构、阻力降、传热效率等方面进行了分析对比,水冷夹套式气化工艺喷嘴具有阻力较低、传热效率较高等特点。 The optimization design for cooling configuration of wet gasification process nozzle running in industry currently in operation is put forward, and it uses the water jacket cooling configuration instead of the cooling configuration of coil type. The characters of the new processed nozzle are analyzed from configuration, resistance drop, to heat transfer efficiency and so on. The water jacket cooling gasification process nozzle has the advantages of lower resistance and higher heat transfer efficiency.
