头孢三嗪相关性儿童假结石病 被引量：5

摘要 头孢三嗪（ceftriaxone）是半合成的第三代头孢菌素，由瑞士罗氏药厂1982年研发（罗氏芬），1988年在我国注册上市（国产名有头孢曲松钠、罗噻嗪、菌必治等）。头孢三嗪具有抗菌谱广、杀菌作用强、毒副作用低、消除半衰期长、对大多数B．内酰胺酶（青霉素酶及头孢菌素酶）具有很高的稳定性等特点，可每日单次给药，故为临床广泛应用。头孢三嗪常见的不良反应多为皮肤反应、
