H1-抗组胺药物的临床药理学相关问题 被引量:1

摘要 第一个H1-抗组胺药是Anne—MarieStaub和DanielBovet在研究一种药物的肾上腺素能拮抗功能时,偶然发现这种药物同时对豚鼠具有较强的抑制组胺作用。H1-抗组胺药的发现是治疗组胺介导的变应性疾病的一个重大的突破。在此基础上不同学者先后合成了第一代和第二代H1-抗组胺药,按其合成的先后依次为(择其主要者):苯海拉明和氯苯那敏(扑尔敏)几乎同时于上世纪40年代问世;
