覆膜支架治疗肠系膜上动脉近端脏器动脉瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者 男，44岁，间断性腹痛1个月。疼痛主要位于脐周，程度较重，间歇发作，与进食无关。体检：脐周深压痛，无反跳痛。实验室检查除外胰腺炎，血常规各指标正常。既往高血压病史3年，最高血压为190／110mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），否认手术及外伤史，无烟酒嗜好。
