基于MRI的基底节体积测量及其相关研究

摘要 基底节是除端脑之外,最大、最重要的灰质核团。许多神经和精神疾病都伴随着基底节功能和(或)结构的异常。MRI技术的出现,使得人们能够非侵袭性地研究活体人脑基底节的形态学特征和变化。近年来,随着软硬件的进步,高场MR设备不仅能够清晰地显示基底节的精细解剖结构,在计算机辅助下还能实现对基底节的形态模拟和体积测量。现对近年基于MRI的基底节体积测量及其与疾病相关研究做一综述,以对其在正常和病理状态下的结构改变有一个全而的认识.
