摘要
目的分析腹股沟疝无张力修补术后并发症发生的原因,提出防治措施,降低发生率。方法回顾性分析300例腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者的临床资料。结果本组均痊愈,术后出现并发症少:术后切口疼痛12例(4.0%);切口感染1例(0.3%);长期随访未见复发病例。结论手术规范操作和正确治疗是预防并发症发生的关键。
Objective To disscuss the reasons and counter measures for complication in tension-free hernia repair. Methods Three hundred cases with tension-free hernia repair were summarized and analyzed. Results All cases were successful,only a few people had complication： postoperative pain in 12 cases （4.0%） ,incision infection in 1 cases （0.3%） , no recurrence cases. Conclusion A standard operation technique and correct therapeutic are the key point to prevent and treat complication of tension-free hernia repair.
