CO_2气腹致腹膜恶性间皮瘤斜疝内转移一例
摘要
患者男性，47岁。因右腹股沟区可复性肿物20年，腹腔镜探查术后不能还纳并渐进性增大半年入院。该患者20年前无明显诱因出现右腹股沟区可复性肿物，可进入阴囊。半年前因腹痛伴不明原因大量腹水，于外院局麻下行腹腔镜探查（CO2气腹压力：8mmHg），术中取腹膜病理活检，诊断为“腹膜恶性间皮瘤（局限型）”，气腹建立后患者自感右腹股沟区肿物膨出，术后肿物不能还纳并呈渐进性增大，
