凝血酶原时间测定的标准化及其影响因素 被引量:7

摘要 凝血酶原时间(PT)是检测维生素K依赖因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ及Ⅴ和纤维蛋白原活性的指标。它不仅适用于外源性凝血途径的先天性凝血疾病及获得性出血性疾病的诊断,也可用于判断肝病病情,同时还是临床上口服抗凝剂治疗监测的首选指标。但长期以来,实验室间凝血酶原时间检测结果一致性较差,目前的检测标准化进展并未完全消除影响结果一致性的因素。
