摘要
医院理财文化是医院财务管理思想的灵魂,对加强财务管理,改善财务状况起到很大的促进作用。因此,医院应重视理财文化的塑造,通过创立医院理财文化,树立理财意识,提高医院经济管理水平。
hospital financing culture is the soul of hospital financial administration, which is of great benefit to the strengthening of financial management and improving of the financial status. Therefore, hospital should value the shaping of financing culture, build up financial awareness and upgrade economic management of the hospital via the construction of hospital financing culture.
