On Hospital Ideological and Political Work Innovation under New Situation

思想政治工作作为医院生存和发展的保证,在医院工作中发挥了重要的作用,但随着改革的不断深化,医院面临着新的形式和任务,医院思想政治工作也面临着创新的挑战。特此,本人结合我院实际情况,提出了新形势下医院思想政治工作的改进意见,以求推进医院思想政治工作的可持续性发展。

As the guarantee of hospital＇s survival and development, ideological and political work plays a critical role. With the deepening reforms, hospitals are encountered with new problems and tasks, and ideological and political work in the hospital is facing with severe challenges. Thereby, on the basis of the actual situation in our hospital, I put forward improvement suggestions for hospital ideological and political work under new situation, so as to promote sustainable development of ideological and political work in the hospital.
