中药熏蒸治疗活动期系统性红斑狼疮疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of the Chinese Traditional medicine fumigation to active stage systematic lupus erythematosus

目的:观察中药熏蒸治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,对照组30例。治疗组在强的松治疗基础上加用中药(半枝莲、半边莲、赤芍、青蒿、黄芩、白花蛇舌草、重楼、黄芪、益母草、半夏、白术、红花、杜仲、陈皮)熏蒸治疗;对照组应用强的松联合环磷酰胺、羟氯喹治疗,疗程3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.75%,对照组为93.33%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组抗ds-DNA抗体、C3、ESR、RBC、Hb、24小时尿蛋白定量等指标均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药熏蒸对SLE的治疗等同环磷酰胺、羟氯喹疗效,不良反应轻。

Objective：to observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine fumigation to systematic lupus erythematosus. Methods： 62 patients are divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group 32 examples, the control group 30 examples. The anti-ds-DNA immune body, C3, ESR, RBC, Hb, 24 hour urine protein quota has the remarkable improvement, compared with the figures of pre-treatment （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）.Conclusion： The curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine fumigation to active stage systematic lupus erythematosus identify with the curative effect of endoxan, hydro - chloroquine, the side effect is slight.
