尿激酶封管术预防股静脉留置管堵塞的探讨

Discussion on Urokinase Impregnation in the Prevention of the Obstruction of the Indwelling Catheter in Femoral Vein

目的:探讨尿激酶封管术预防股静脉留置针堵塞的临床效果。方法:置管后每周用NS4ml稀释尿激酶1万u正压封管一次,结果:50例。49例有效,1例无效。结论:采用尿激酶封管术对预防股静脉留置针堵塞有显著性作用,提高使用期限。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of urokinase impregnation in the prevention of the obstruction of the indwelling needle in femoral vein. Methods： inject urokinase 10,000 u diluted with NS 4ml of a positive pressure. Results： Among 50 cases, 49 cases are effective, and one case invalid. Conclusion： urokinase impregnation is significantly effective in the prevention of the obstruction of the indwelling needle in femoral vein, enhancing the life span of Indwelling needle.
