西安地区鲍曼不动杆菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶基因研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的明确西安地区临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)基因型,研究多重耐药菌株的耐药机制。方法采用K-B法测定鲍曼不动杆菌对15种抗菌药物的敏感性,利用改良三维试验进行表型确认,对表型检测阳性及阴性菌株采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及序列分析的方法分析β-内酰胺酶基因型。结果共有84株产ESBLs,其中有45株产PER-1型ESBLs,58株产TEM-1型ESBLs,19株同时产PER和TEM两型ESBLs,未扩增出SHV型ESBLs。改良三维试验阳性菌株有4株未扩增出ESBLs,改良三维试验阴性菌株有13株扩增出ESBLs。结论西安地区临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌至少存在2种不同类型的ESBLs,基因型分别为PER-1、TEM-1,且同一质粒携带2种或2种以上ESBLs编码基因在西安地区有流行的趋势。
