角膜基质环植入术后圆锥角膜脂质沉着二例
摘要
近年来，眼科医师将用于轻中度屈光不正矫正的角膜基质环（intracorneal stromal ring，ICR）植入应用于圆锥角膜的治疗，经初步观察后发现其可有效减少圆锥角膜患者因角膜变薄前突导致的轴性近视与不规则散光。ICR植入术后角膜超微结构的影响一直是该术式的研究要点。2005年8月至11月于中山大学中山眼科中心收治了2例圆锥角膜患者，于ICR植入术后1年内发生较严重、
