论我国中等职业教育改革和发展方向

On the Reformation and Development Direction of the Secondary Vocational Education in Our Country

目前,我国职业教育正处在一个前所未有的发展时期。但由于在专业建设、师资队伍建设、教材建设以及教育手段上,与社会实际要求还不完全相适应,加上近年来生源素质相对下降的影响,中职教育的改革和发展面临重大任务。文章根据新加坡职业技术教育改革与发展的情况,结合我国职业教育的实际,就中职教育改革和发展的方向,提出了具体的思路和意见。

At present, the vocational education in our country is at an unprecedented period of development. However, it is still not entirely suited to our social practice in the aspects of majors＇ construction, teaching staff construction, teaching books construction and teaching methods. So the reformation and development of our secondary vocational education is facing a great challenge now. This paper puts forward some concrete thoughts and ideas for its reformation and development according to the Singapore＇ s vocational education combined with the practical situation of our vocational education.
