跨国公司的环境责任探析

On the Environment Responsibility of Multinational Corporations

跨国公司是当代国际经济活动的重要参与者,在对世界经济的发展作出巨大贡献的同时,也给环境造成了严重的污染和损害。本文简要介绍了跨国公司应当承担环境责任的必要性,结合我国的实际情况,提出了完善国内立法、创新国际法律制度以及加强跨国公司自我约束等措施来对跨国公司的环境责任加以规制。

Multinational corporations are crucial parties among the contemporary international economy activities, while making the tremendous contribution to the development of the world economy, also causing the serious pollution and the harm to the environment. This article introduces briefly that multinational corporations should undertake the responsibility for the environment ,consideration our country the actual situations, then proposes the perfection of domestic legislation, the innovation international law system as well as strengthening the restriction of multinational corporation to perform the rules and regulations.
