南宋末期词人刘辰翁,其词集中春词数量众多、思想深刻,在宋末文坛具有独特性。其春词具有以下特点:第一,题材上,多方面地吟咏春天,深于托寓;第二,风格多样,但整体风格沉郁悲慨;第三个特点就是其送春词在其春词中为数最多。刘辰翁的春词是辛弃疾咏春词在新的特定年代的继续和演变,但融入了自身对南宋末年的时代体验,使其春词有了更深刻的内容。

Liu Chenweng was a famous poet in the late period of the Southern Song Dynasty. In his poetry, there were lots of profound and significant spring poems, which formed his unique style in the literary world at that time. His spring poems had such characterization as follows： First, in the theme, he expressed his deep affection for the spring and sings out his love for the spring from many aspects. Second, he showed the varied styles in his spring poems, but on the whole, his poems were filled with such feelings as melancholy, depression and sorrow, Third, the sending-spring poems were the main part in his spring poems. In essence, Liu Chenweng＇s spring poetry was the inheritance and evolvement of that of Xin Qiji＇s in that certain period. Liu ChenWeng integrated his own experience of the late Southern Song Dynasty into these poems and thus made it more significant and profound.
