The Relocation of College English Teacher’s Role in College English Teaching Reform

随着全国大学英语教学改革的不断深入,传统的教学理念和教学法受到了前所未有的冲击,大学英语教师也面临着新的压力和挑战。教师作为教学的主导和改革的主力必须顺应大学英语教学改革的脉络,尽快在现代教学中实现角色的重新定位,才能达到预期的改革效果。

With the deepening of national college English teaching reform, the traditional teaching concept and teaching methods encounter greater difficulties which never existed before. College English teachers are confronted with a lot of new pressure and challenges. Teachers, as the leading role in teaching and main force in teaching reform, should realize the relocation of their role in teaching reform as soon as possible. Only by doing so, can the teaching reform achieve its desired results. This paper, conforming to the thread of college English teaching reform, has probed into the relocation of college English teacher＇s role in modern teaching.
