The Bioethics Issues in Judicial Expertise Work in Forensic Pathology

法医学属于医学和法学的交叉性学科,它是一门与社会科学密切相关的自然科学.在现有的法医学检验与司法鉴定过程中,涉及医学伦理学问题最多的还是法医病理学尸体检验与司法鉴定工作.因此,法医病理学司法鉴定工作是与人文社会环境紧密联系的社会学工作.结合具体的司法鉴定实际案例,就司法鉴定纠纷产生的常见的原因以及如何最大程度地预防和减少法医病理学司法鉴定纠纷问题作一阐述.

Forensic Medicine is a crossing subject involving both the subject of Medicine and the subject of Law Science. Actually most of the bioethics problems are happening in the field of judicial expertise work on forensic pathology. Nowadays more and more judicial disputes have been happening in judicial expertise work. Therefore the possible reasons leading to judicial dispute involved in judicial expertise work on forensic pathology, according to authors＇working experience was discussed in this paper. The possible ways of preventing judicial disputes was also discussed.
