医疗行为中孕产妇死亡相关问题探讨

The Forensic Analysis of the Cause of Death on Pregnant Women

目的通过对法医鉴定案例的分析研究,为医院产科降低孕产妇死亡率、避免医疗纠纷的发生提供参考.方法结合近年所遇引起农村地区医疗纠纷的孕产妇死亡案例10例,对云南省孕产妇死亡及医疗纠纷产生的原因进行分析,同时探讨医疗行为与孕产妇死亡之间的关系.结果在云南省农村地区医疗纠纷的产生中,孕妇的自身经济能力和文化程度在其选择医疗场所及住院时间和治疗方案时起到关键的作用;贫困和对医疗知识的匮乏是造成孕产妇死亡的主要因素之一.结论孕产妇死亡引起医疗纠纷处理的依据,应该基于行医者医疗行为在孕产妇死亡中的参与度或责任度评定.

Objective The paper discussed the present situation on pregnant women, the cause of death and the relevant reasons about medical dispute happened in rural area in Yunnan Province. Methods The paper reviewed the medical dispute reasons relying on 10 forensic identified cases on forensic medicine. Result In rural area in Yunnan Province, the poverty and the lack of medical knowledge are one of the main reasons leading to the death of pregnant women population. Conclusion The medical responsibility from doctors in a very important fact in dealing with medical dispute issues.
