善愈腹膜前腹股沟无张力疝修补术

Open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty

目的探讨善愈腹膜前腹股沟无张力疝修补的疗效。方法对150例腹股沟疝患者行局部神阻滞麻醉下的善愈腹膜前腹股沟无张力疝修补,观察手术时间、术后并发症、手术费用、平均住院日和近期随访情况。结果本组患者围手术期无死亡,手术时间平均25 min。所有患者手术后疼痛轻微,未使用术后止痛药,术后未出现尿潴留和阴囊浆液肿,无切口感染和切口下血肿,无术后慢性疼痛,平均住院3 d,平均手术费用4266元。平均随访16个月,无复发,异物感不明显。结论善愈腹膜前腹股沟无张力疝修补是一种安全、可靠的手术方式,尤其适用于疝环或腹横筋膜缺损较大及复发的腹股沟疝患者。

Objective To evaluate the application of open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernio- plasty. Methods 150 patients with preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia from Mar 2006 to Apr 2007 in our center were analyzed. Results Non cases was died during the stay in hospital, the operative time was 15 to 60 minutes, average time was 25 minutes. All patients had slight wound pain after operation, no one used anesthetic, no case had the wound infective, no one had urinary retention, the Scrotal hydroceles were 0 case, the chronic pain was 0 case. the average stay in hospital were 3 days, the average cost was 4266 yuan （RMB） , no case had recurrence and no one had the feeling of foreign body follow-up average 16 months. Conclusion The open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia is a safe and credible operative method, especially for the inguinal hernia who has large hernia ring or defect of transversalis fascia （TF） and recurrence hernia.
