无张力疝修补术在腹股沟嵌顿性斜疝的临床应用

目的评价无张力疝修补术在成人腹股沟嵌顿性斜疝中的临床效果。方法采用Bard公司mesh perfix plug定型产品和BRAUN公司的PremiLene Mesh补片,治疗36例成人腹股沟嵌顿斜疝患者,男30例,女6例,年龄25～84岁,平均年龄61岁,18例合并其他多种慢性疾病,2例为既往斜疝修补术后复发。结果 36例均在术后1～2 d下床活动,术后住院时间为5～10 d,平均7 d。无切口感染和排异反应,无术后死亡。全部患者均获得随访,随访时间为术后6个月～6年,未见复发。结论无张力疝修补术在成人腹股沟嵌顿性斜疝中的临床应用效果满意,但应在术中注意去除感染因素,防止术后感染导致一期修补失败。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tension-free repair in adult inguinal incarceration hernia. Methods Using the Mesh Plug materials （perfix plug） of Bard company and PremiLene Mesh of BRAUN company, we performed operation on 36 adult patients suffering from incarceration inguinal henia. In these cases, there were 30 males and 6 females. The average age of the patients was 61 years, ranging from 25 to 84 years. Of these cases,18 patients had other chronic diseases ,and 2 patients had got recurrence of hernia after a traditional repair. Results All the patients recovered mobility in 1to2 days after operation. The length of hospital stay was 5 to 10 days, average was 7 days. The patients without wound infection and antiforeign body reaction. All patients were followed up for 6 month to 6 years, recurrence of hemia hadn＇ t been found. Conclusions Tension-free repair in adult＇ s inguinal incarceration hernia have very satisfactory results. The infective factor should removed during the operation to prevent wound infection, which induced the failure of operation.
