196例腹股沟疝平片无张力疝修补术的治疗分析

A clinical experience of lichtenstein tension-free hernioplasty in 196 cases with inguinal hernia

目的探讨腹股沟疝平片无张力疝修补术的疗效和优点。方法采用人工补片对196例腹股沟疝行平片无张力疝修补术的手术要点及临床效果进行回顾性分析。结果平均手术时间49 min(42～55 min),术后并发症为3%(6/196),术后随访2年,复发2例,复发率1.02%。结论平片无张力疝修补术是一种简单、安全、痛苦小、恢复快、效果好的疝修补方法。

Objective To find out the advantage and effect of tension-free hemioplasty with artificial mesh. Methods We repaired 196 cases of inguinal hernia by tension-free hernioptasty with artificial mesh. Results Mean operating time was 49min （range 42 to 55min）. Complication rate was 3% （6/196）. Recurrences occurred in two patients （ 1.02% ） during a mean follow-up time of two years. Conclusions The artificial mesh tension-free hernioolastv is safe. simnle, effective, and cheap, and it is easy to recover.
