摘要
纳米线传感器具有尺寸小、灵敏度高、响应快和能耗低的优点,在化学及生物等领域有广泛的应用前景,已成为研究的热点。本文从制备、组装和应用等方面评述了基于纳米线的气体及生物传感器的研究进展,并对纳米线传感器的应用前景进行了展望。
Due to the small size, high sensitivity, real time detection, fast response and ultra-low power demands, nanowire sensors are being investigated for detection of a wide range of chemical and biochemical species. In this paper the advances in gas sensors and biosensors based on nanowires including their fabrication, assembly, funetionalization and applications had been addressed. Finally, the development of this field in the future was prospected.
