摘要
研究了尿素与甲醛摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和反应介质的pH值对自硬呋喃树脂强度、游离醛含量的影响。结果表明:采用多次渐进方式加入尿素,并辅以复合型降醛剂,同时严格控制反应工艺参数,可得到环保性能优异的呋喃树脂粘结剂。
The effect of urea and formaldehyde molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value of reaction medium to strength and aldehyde residues was studied. The more environment friendly furan resin can be expected with a multiple addition of urea, addition of aldehyde absorbent and adjustment of reaction parameters.
