摘要 目的:研究短萼仪花叶的化学成分。方法:利用正相和反相硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC等色谱技术分离纯化,通过现代谱学方法及其理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果:从短萼仪花叶乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分分离并鉴定了7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为2-O-[1-(3-甲基丁酰基)间苯三酚]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),3-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-4,5-二甲氧基-苯甲酸(2),苯甲醇O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),虎杖苷(4),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(5),没食子酸乙酯(6),苯甲醇O-(6-β-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:以上化合物均为从该植物中首次获得,其中化合物2,3,5—7为首次从仪花属植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lysidice brevicalyx. Method: Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents such as column chromatography on silica gel, Rp-silica gel, Sephadex LH -2O and HPLC. The structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectroscopic methods. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the leaves of L. brevicalyx and these compounds were elucidated as 2-O-[ 1-(3-methylbutyryl) phloroglucinol] -β-D-glucopynanoside ( 1 ), 3-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4, 5-dimethoxy-benzoic acid (2), benzyl alcohol O-β-D-glucopyra noside (3), polydatin (4), quercetin-3-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), ethyl gallate (6), benzyl 6-O-α-L-arabinofurano syl-β-D-glucopynanoside (7). Conclusion: All Compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2, 3, 5-7 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
