摘要
运用Mooney-Rivlin模型,利用有限元方法对螺杆泵定子和转子进行了接触分析,得到了不同橡胶材料的临界接触压力曲线。根据临界接触压力曲线分析了橡胶材料对螺杆泵密封性能的影响。结果表明:随着橡胶材料硬度和泊松比的增加,螺杆泵的密封性能提高。因此,为提高螺杆泵的压力,在橡胶材料的力学参数选择时尽可能选择高硬度、高泊松比。
Based on the Mooney-Rivlin model, the progressive cavity pump stator and rotor contactile status was analyzed by finite element analysis method, and the different rubber materials critical contact pressure curves were obtained. The effects of rubber materials mechanical parameters on progressive cavity pump seal performance were studied. The resuits indicate that with the increase of the hardness of rubber and the poisson' s ratio, the seal performance of progressive cavity pump is improved. Consequently, in order to elevate the pressure of the progressive cavity pump, the higher hardness and poisson' s ratio should be selected for the rubber materials mechanical parameters.
