油膜轴承润滑压力罐系统内流场的CFD仿真

摘要 运用CFD仿真技术模拟了轧机油膜轴承润滑系统中不同内部结构压力罐在相同工况下的三维流场与温度场;仿真分析了节流支管的流场情况,从理论上探讨了节流支管大小、长度与主油管的匹配问题。仿真结果表明:带均压支管的压力罐内部结构有助于改善流速均匀性,其中均压缝隙支管相比阻尼孔支管具有更好的改善效果。 The 3-D flow field and temperature field for the lubrication system of oil film hearings with different interior structure of pressure tank were simulated by CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical method under the same conditions. The flow field of throttle pipe was analyzed, the match of the size and length of throttle pipe with main pipe was discussed in theo~. The result indicates that the interior structure of pressure tank with equal-pressure pipe can improve the equality of their interior flow field, and the damping gaps thimble model is better than hole thimble model.
