摘要
设计了一种可用于模拟和检测车辆减振器中导向套-活塞杆摩擦副动态摩擦学特性的往复摩擦磨损试验机测试系统。在分析减振器往复运动的结构和功能的基础上给出了往复摩擦磨损试验机测试系统的总体模型,建立了往复运动的数学模型。使用结果表明,该测试系统可实时检测和处理载荷、速度、温度、摩擦力以及摩擦因数等参数信息,并以表格或图像曲线形式显示,有利于对试验材料的摩擦学特性变化作出实时、客观、量化的评估。
The testing system of a reciprocating tribometer was designed, which can be used to simulate and test the dynamic tribological properties of the guide sleeve and piston rod in the vehicle shock absorber. The general structure was presented for the reciprocating tribometer based on the analysis of the structure and the function of reciprocating movement of the shock absorber, the mathematic model for the reciprocating movement was established. The experimental results indicate that the testing system has the functions of the real-time mersuring and testing, and can process the signals of the following parameters, i. e. load, velocity, temperature, friction force and friction coefficient. The processed signals can be shown in the form of table or graphical curve. The designed tester can be used to evaluate the tribological properties of the testing materials.
