摘要 用芳纶浆粕、玻璃纤维、硅灰石纤维和钛酸钾晶须混杂增强汽车制动器摩擦材料,在XD-MSM定速式摩擦试验机进行摩擦磨损性能实验,并探讨了纤维含量对摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验表明所研制的摩擦材料完全满足汽车制动性能的要求,具有良好的机械性能,热衰退小、恢复性能好。混杂纤维的质量分数为29%时,材料摩擦磨损性能最佳。 The frietion material of automotive brake was prepared with kevlar pulp, glass fiber, potassium titanate whiskers and grammite as reinforcing fibers. The friction and wear behavior was investigated using a XD-MSM wear tester,the influenee of fibers content on friction coefficient and wear rate was discussed. Experiment result shows that the prepared frietion material has good mechanical properties, suitable friction coefficient, good heat fade resistancec and recovery performance,which meet the need of the brake property of automotive. The friction material with 29% reinforcing fibers has the best antiwear property.
