煤基车用替代燃料的润滑性评定方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 燃料润滑性是用作压燃式发动机的燃料的重要特性之一。煤基燃料二甲醚、甲醇和F-T柴油都是压燃式发动机的良好清洁代用燃料,但是这些煤基代用燃料的物理化学特性与传统的柴油燃料不同,当前的燃料润滑性评定方法可能不是非常适用于这些煤基燃料,因此研究这些煤基燃料润滑性的评定方法是当务之急。分析了国际上通用的燃料润滑性评定方法HFRR、BOCLE和SLBOCLE方法的优缺点,并指出油泵试验法可能是一种较适合煤基车用替代燃料润滑性评定的方法。 Fuel lubrieity is one of important property of fuel used for compression-ignited combustion engine. Coal-base fuels such as dimethyl ether, methanol and F-T diesel are good alternative clean fuel for compression-ignited combustion engine. However, due to the different physical and chemical properties of these coal-base alternative fuels from conventional diesel fuel,the current lubricity assessment method may be not suitable for these coal-base fuels. So it is urgent to study the lubrieity assessment method for these coal-base fuels. Advantages and disadvantages of general lubricity assessment method including HFRR, BOCLE and SLBOCLE were stated. It was presented that a full-scale pump method may be a good lubricity assessment method for coal-base vehicle alternative filels.
