摘要 介绍了无针注射器的基本工作原理、特点,建立其安瓿瓶O形橡胶密封圈的有限元分析模型,用来定性分析O形橡胶密封圈的各项特性。基于无这个理想的简化模型,利用有限元求解安瓿瓶O形橡胶密封圈在高速高压下的最大接触压力梯度,建立了密封圈的泄漏量数学模型,对密封圈的泄漏量进行了分析、计算,对于无针注射器安瓿瓶的O形橡胶密封圈产品设计具有指导意义。 The principle of needle-free syringe and its characteristics were introduced. The rubber O-ring model of the syringe ampoule for FEA (finite element analysis) was set up for the analysis of the characteristics of the rubber O-ring. Based on this ideal simpler model, the calculation of the biggest contact pressure gradient which was under the practical conditions of high speed and pressure was carried out. And the leakage mathematical model of the O-ring was established for the analysis and calculation of the leakage amount, which can be used as guidance to the product design of rubber O-ring of the needle-free syringe ampoule.
