摘要
利用MMW-1型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机考察了添加KH-550硅烷偶联剂改性及未改性纳米莫来石对蓖麻油的摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:KH-550硅烷偶联剂对纳米莫来石具有明显的改性效果;在蓖麻油中添加改性纳米莫来石可以明显提高其润滑性能;改性莫来石的添加量在1%~1.5%时,润滑油的效果最佳。
The effect of nano mullite before and after modified with silane coupling agent on castor oil tribological performance was researched on the MMW-1 universal friction wear testing machine. The result shows that silane coupling agent has good modification effect on nano mullite, the lubricating property of castor oil with modified nano mullite has a visible improvement and the optimum result is got when the content of modified nano mullite is 1% - 1.5%.
